Join Our Growing Urology Practice in Schenectady, NY!
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time General Urologist to join our expanding practice located in Schenectady, New York. This new facility is set against the backdrop of a vibrant community, offering high-quality, comprehensive urological care to a growing patient base. Under the experienced leadership of Dr. Robert Gerstenbluth, our practice is well-established and poised for significant growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative and comprehensive urological care in both office and hospital settings.
- Conduct treatments for enlarged prostate, urinary tract cancers, voiding dysfunctions, kidney stones, and more.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including Da Vinci XI robotic systems in our operating rooms.
- Work in a high-volume practice with a strong primary care referral network.
- Stay actively involved in the ongoing development of the practice.
- Participate in a call rotation, being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
- Be open to new graduates and those working toward board certification.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology (required).
- New York State License (or willingness to obtain) (required).
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain) (required).
- Robotics certification (preferred).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active New York State Medical License (or willing to obtain).
- DEA registration (or eligible to obtain).
