· Your minimum base salary is $600,000, but with a remarkable upside.

· Infrequent hospital call equal to 1:9, at just one hospital that is not a trauma center.

· Not required, but as much robotic surgery as you want thanks to our hospital’s investment in two new da Vinci systems.

· This group is a Urolift Center of Excellence for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to BPH or enlarged prostate.

· Other niche options exist, including ED, TRT, infertility, stones, incontinence, etc.
