Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield ([Register to View] ) is seeking a General Urology Physician to join our physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital ([Register to View] ) and Mercy Hospitals ([Register to View] ).
Responsibilities
- Join experienced Urologist in the Group and Team of experienced Urologists to share call
- 1:7 hospital call
- da Vinci robot available
- Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity
- Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow
- Collegial work environment
- Opportunity to precept medical students
- RN Triage during after hours and weekends
- Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community
- Student loan assistance
- Excellent earning potential supported by a salary guarantee period of $400,000 - $475,000/year

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
