- Other Details: The facility, which stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider with Fluro certification to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. Clinic and on ER call (mainly ER call but will be utilized in clinic as needed). Provider will see another providers patients. They will be in clinic and ER call from 8am-5pm (please note ER call is apart of their clinic duties). They will then be on ER call from 5pm-8am. There are an average of 16 patients per shift.
