-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
-- Clinic and call
-- Clinic is usually Wednesday and Friday, but entire assignment would be 24 hour call too
-- Low patient volume
-- Not a trauma center
-- Covering assigned patients
-- EMR: Cerner
