  • Clinical Role:

    • Start Date: 06/24/2024
    • End date: 02/02/2025
    • 1 locum for General Neurology
    • EMG is a requirement
    • Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week Botox, EMG, EEG reads
    • Description of Work Assignment: General Neurology outpatient clinic, inpatient and ED consults are needed during office hours
    • Location of Work Assignment: NY
    • Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Monday – Friday (2 sessions per day 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm))
    • Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 8 – 5 PM
    • Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Botox, EMG
    • Procedures Preferred: BOTOX and EMG
    • Patient Load: Varies per day depending on number of new patients. Usually around 12 - 17 patients per day, depending on length of appt or procedures
    • Fellowship not required
    • Experience accepted over Fellowship
    • Certifications Required: BLS
    • No additional Surgical Staff
    • Additional support staff: MA, Admin staff, EMG tech
    • Working with PA and NP
    • Responsible for 1 NP
    • Trauma Level of Work Location: LEVEL III
    • EMR System: EPIC
    • Expectations of the Physician Culturally: Respectful, good communicator, and good mentor
    • Decision-Making process: Interview process with Chair and Vice-chair and CV review
