A Medical Center in Durango, CO is looking for a locum Urologist:

Details:

  • 2 weeks per month
  • Monday-Friday - 8a-4p + 4p-7a (night call) & Saturday-Sunday - 24hr call (7a-7a)
  • Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
  • FTE: .5
  • Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
  • OR time for various procedures
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
Additional Questions answered by the facility:
  • What is the average # of patients seen per day during clinic? 6-12 patients

Credentialing Information:

  • Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • Credentialing with other facilities? No
  • Board Certified Urology - REQUIRED, will not accept BE candidates
  • Active CO License - REQUIRED
  • Active BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
  • Must list # of shifts per month ongoing the provider is able to offer to the team - REQUIRED
