Employed Urologist Opportunity – Beautiful lakeside community
Position Highlights:
- Join a robust Urology practice replacing a departing physician
- Estimated patient volume: 20-25 office visits/day in 1st year, increasing thereafter
- Practice settings include a 352-bed hospital and an 80-bed facility in an outlying market
- Clinic staff: 2 LPNs, 2 NPs, 3 RNs, 4 MAs, plus non-clinical support
Facilities & Resources:
- State-of-the-art office space within a hospital-attached clinic
- Full range of ancillary services available in the hospital
- Office hours: M-Th 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2pm
Compensation & Benefits:
- Employment model with competitive salary - ~$650k base neg. (850k+ potential)
- Lucrative production incentives available
- Additional compensation includes:
- $12K relocation allowance
- $50-$75K signing bonus - BOE
- Malpractice, health, life, and disability insurance
- $3K CME allowance plus $1.5K for dues/memberships
- 27 days PTO, student loan forgiveness up to $48K
- 9 days sick leave (accrual system)
- 403(b) with 4% employer match
