- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible urologist
- ASAP-ongoing
- Reason for need: physician retirement
- Part time physician needed to provide office coverage every Thursday/Friday
- Thursdays 8a-4:30p, office coverage
- Fridays 7a-3p, outpatient procedures
- Thursdays in office typically 25-30 patients; providers typically have a LPN or MA supporting him/her in the practice
- Potential consults on for inpatients; provider would not admit his/her own patients
- Procedures: Lithotripsy, vasectomy, cystoscopy, circumcision, turp, prostrate biopsy, botox injections, retrograde pyelogram
- Typical cases seen: Urinary retention, incontinence, circumcision, kidney stones, prostrate biopsy, nocturia, gross hematuria, elevated PSA
- There would not be any other urology provider or APP at the facility; this would be the only provider in the practice delivering this service
- EMR: Epic for office; Meditech for OR/SPU
