About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Urology Physician to become an integral part of our healthcare team in Connecticut. Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
• J1 and H1B candidates are welcome to apply
• Expertise in a range of general Urology surgical procedures
  • Includes HoLEP, Rezum, Aquablation, and Space OAR

Practice Details:

• 275-bed facility
• Dedicated support staff
  • Team of 4 urologists, 1 clinical physician assistant, and 1 APRN
• Clinic schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Average of 20-28 patients per day
• Benefit from advanced technology and nearby ancillary services

Schedule:

• Projected as 4 days in clinic and ½ to 1 full day in surgery
• Rotating call schedule
• Autonomy to shape and build your practice

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $400,000 plus $50,000 non-production bonus, plus wRVU bonus model
