This practice feels independent, but has the resources of a larger health system - allowing you to stay focused on patient care!
The Position:
• M-F with protected admin time
• Academic environment with Faculty Appointment if desired
• Work alongside 2 other Urologists; 2 APPs
• One full day of OR / 5-7 cases per day
• Robotics
• 25 - 28 patients per day in clinic
• Subspecialties welcome
Comp / Benefits:
• Guaranteed 1st year salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years; Proven earnings over 700K

• More than 40 days off per year and up to 7K for CME
