We are looking for an experienced Urologist for Locums coverage.

• Board Certification: YES
• Board Eligibility: yes, if not board certified
• Daily Patient Volume: ED Contact by Phone = 5-11 / week
• Events Requiring In-person Response: 4-10 / week
• Monthly coverage requirements: I am thinking 7-10 days a month
• Support staff (techs, nursing, mid-levels, etc.): no Mid-level providers currently on the urology service, standard OR nurses and techs with Urology room
• Daily shift requirements (Productive, Night Call Coverage, 24hr Call Coverage, Weekday/Weeknight): 24 hour coverage, likely one weekend per month
• Special certifications or requirements (including special procedures) needed to perform in this position: standard acute urology procedures, including those for obstruction, difficult catheter placement, etc and trauma occasionally
• Practice EMR: Meditech
