Facility in North Dakota is looking for urologist to provide clinic and call coverage.
Preference: Providers able to perform prostate biopsy with an RN and no ultrasound tech.
Shift Description:
Clinic: 8 am - 5 pm + Night call: 5 pm - 8 am
24-hour call: 8 am - 8 am
Setting: clinic, call, surgery
Duties: On call for Inpatient and ED, outpatient clinic 3 days/week, 2 days of surgery for elective/urgent cases.
Required Procedures: cystoscopies, biopsies in the clinic WITHOUT US tech.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: 2 RNs and 1 CNA
Rounding: 1-3 patients daily
Number of Surgeries: 1-10 scheduled surgeries/week
Robotics: not required, but may be available
Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 60-90 days

The pay rates:
Hourly rate clinic/OR - Weekdays 8a-5p: $350/hr
5p-8a weekday night call: $2000 (2.5 hours gratis) + call-back of $400/hr
24 hour weekend call: $5000 (4 hour gratis) + call-back of $400/hr
