Duration: October 30 – November 7 is urgently needed, coverage will be ongoing
Schedule: 2-3 days per week including weekday evening call and weekend call. Provider to cover clinic at two locations 20 minutes away.
Call: Weekday evening call and Weekend call (expect to be called in at least once per shift)
Patient volume: 20 patients per half-day clinic
Scope: Outpatient urology with call
EMR: Cerner
Hospital: Hospital plus clinic
Requirements (boards, license): BE/BC Urology, TN license

All Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID 
Assistance with credentialing provided – Temp privileges with 30 days, 60 days full privileges
