- Unrivaled Support: Work alongside three dedicated NPs who handle inpatient consulting, rounding, and discharges, allowing you to maximize your time in the OR.
- Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a structured M-F week consisting of 2 clinic days, 2 primary OR days, and 1 mixed-duty day.
- Light Call Rotation: Benefit from 1:4 call (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month), typically involving only 3 cases.
