- Our practice just outside Orlando is seeking two physicians to join them in 2024
- Need driven by the upcoming retirement of a partner physician and growth
- Join three full-time physicians and five APPs; 1:4 call rotation with APPs taking 1st call
- Cases performed at physician-owned surgery center and one hospital
- Guaranteed base salary and bonus model, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and promotion bonus at partnership
- Streamlined track to partnership and national-scale ownership that provide some of the highest earning potential in the country
