About Practice:
> Community currently has 1 part-time Urologist and needing 1 Full-Time Urologist
> Would be able to ramp up quickly
> There is no other competition in the area
> More than 25 referring physicians
> Covers In-Patient, Out-Patient, and call
> Work out of one clinic located in the hospital
> Clinic hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 8am-12pm Fri
> Surgery uses block scheduling

Surgery Blocks:

Monday 0800-1230, Tuesday 0800-1530, Friday 0800-1530

Common Cases:
> Cystoscopy w/ Antibiotic Bladder Irrigation
> Cysto, RPM, URS< LASER< Stent
> Circumcision
> Cysto w/ hydrodistention, DMSO
> Flex Cysto, Antibiotic Irrigation
> Cysto w/ retrograde pyelogram
> Transrectal US w/ prostate biopsies
> Cystostomy tube change-complicated
> Cysto, clot evacuation
> Cysto, retrograde pyelogram, stent
> Average of 15 patients in clinic daily
> Average of 3-5 cases in OR

> New Philips C-arm (dedicated to Uro room)
> Olympus Cysto/TURP sets x 3
> Olympus 30*, 70*, 12* scope
> Olympus Saline Generator
> Lumenis Holmium Laser
