We're seeking a Board Certified Urologist for our client in PA.

Job Details:

• Schedule: full time, day shift working on outpatient clinic and weeknight call. Weekend call is required as well
• Call Ratio: 1:4 or 1:5
• 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient
• Number of Office/Clinic Patients per Day: 25
  
• Number of Hospital Based Surgeries per Day: 3
  
• 3 Urologists in Practice
• Onsite lab and x-ray
• 2 locations with adequate LPN's and MA's as well as NP's to support
  
• full urology procedure equipment in office for cystos, bioposies, urodynamics
  
• 18-22 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Trauma Level II
• Credentialing timeframe is 60 days.
• Facility would be interested in locum to perm as well!

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified - Required
PA license - Highly Preferred
BLS, ACLS - Required
Local provider (will only reimburse mileage) - Required
COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
