- Full Time
- Hours: 3-4 days in the office / 1-2 days of OR; Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

- Average Patients seen: Up to each provider’s personal style with all of our current providers working off of a 20 or 30 min
- Call Schedule: Weekly rotation of Q4 with a limited office schedule

- Compensation: - Earning potential $605,000 - $530,000 guaranteed base salary per year for 24 months, before incentives which can provide additional compensation between $50,000-$75,000
