**Urology opening in Montgomery, AL - visa eligible** * Full-time, permanent opening * Hospital-employed * Joining an established group with 4 Urologists * Each Physician has a Nurse or MA who works with them * Administrative Support Staff * Reason for recruitment: Growth and potential retirement * Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm and Friday, 8am - 12pm * Call: 1 in 5 * Anticipated volume: Average 25-35 patients/day * Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time * Eligible for block time after 6 months * Surgical Robotics available * EMR: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging **Compensation Package:** * Base Salary with 3-year guarantee * Quarterly production bonus wRVU * Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc. * Generous sign-on * Relocation package * 20 days Earned Time Off * 5 days for CME * $5k for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration and board certifications) **Community:** The City of Montgomery is the capital of Alabama and home to 210,000 residents.
