**Urology Opening - Olympia Fields, Illinois** Located 30 miles from Downtown Chicago H1B Eligible **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Summary: challenging position where you will see patients, do interesting urology procedures, teach, and train the next generation of physicians while earning an attractive salary. - The ideal candidate will exemplify what an outstanding physician looks like and be a role model for our residents. This person will have a passion for excellence in teaching both at the bedside and in didactic sessions and be passionate as well about the academic, intellectual and career development of trainees at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. - Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Three days in clinic and two days per week in surgery with dedicated OR time - Many procedures performed in clinic including Cystoscopes, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc. excluding vasectomies - Average outpatient clinic volumes: 15 - 25 per day - Call 1:2 with residents taking first call - Inpatient rounding as needed - Minimum two years teaching and leadership experience **Compensation/Benefits** - Health Group strives to create a flexible and realistic work-life balance for our providers.
