• General Urology Opening due to retired physician
• Mix of clinic and blocked OR time
• Urology clinic in medical tower connected to the hospital
• 2 DaVinci XI and 1 DaVinci S
• Competitive base + wRVU with proven income of 700K+
• 30K annual quality incentive + 5K CME allowance
• 100K Sign - On + up to 20K relocation
