NEW Urology Physician Locums Job in South Carolina | Premium Rates | 24 Hour Call Coverage

Details/Requirements for Assignment #92446:
-- Must be Board Certified
-- Must hold active South Carolina license
-- 24-hour call coverage
-- Rounding on inpatients, performing procedures as needed, and responding to consults as called upon
-- Census for unit usually grows to 20-25 over the weekend, with 15-20 consults each weekend also
-- Standard urology procedures include: stone care, stents, caths, cystoscopes, torsions (pediatrics included), incidental appendectomy, adrenal surgery, hernia repair, endourology procedures, hand assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy, etc.
-- MUST be comfortable with trauma/open procedures – i.e. gun shot wounds that involves kidneys or testicles, stab wounds, bladder repair, etc.
-- Facility operates as a level 1 trauma center and is a very busy and large facility
-- No APP support on weekends
-- EMR - EPIC
