**Urologist job opening in Hannibal, MO** Base Salary: 525,000, plus 20,000 bonus **Position Details:** - Located 125 miles from St. Louis, MO; 90 miles from Columbia, MO - Full-time, permanent - Candidates must be BC or BE - The group currently has one experienced and skilled urology surgeons and is seeking a second. - Visa sponsorship available - Join an established Urology Practice - 12-16 patients per day - The minimum requirement is 10 days of call per month. Additional days are compensated at approximately 750/day. The other nights, patients are referred by the exchange to the ER. - Practice patients can be covered by surgeons if needed. - If volume grows, the program will expand to a 3rd Urologist. - Physician has up to 3 patient rooms and an office - EMR is AllScripts   **Compensation and Benefits Package:** - 525,000 plus 20,000 (Based on Metrics (Citizenship/ Quality/ Billing/ Volume)) - After 3 years move to productivity bonus based on WRVU (Potential to get before 3 years) - Relocation Loan (Comp Signing Bonus) 25,000 Forgiven with Time Worked - 31 Days PTO - 5 Days CME (Max is 10 days) - 3,500 CME Stipend for first and 2,500 for the next - Paid Malpractice - Up to 100,000 in Loan Repayment: Upon Board approval and only for candidates that are a max of 10 years post training. - Health/ Dental/ Vision Insurance - 403B w/ matching up to 6% of employee investment - Moving Stipend (Up to 10,000) **About the Community:** - Nestled on the banks of the Mississippi River in the heart of the Midwest, Hannibal is known around the world for being the boyhood home of one of the USAs greatest authors, Mark Twain. - Hannibal's business community emphasizes its low taxes, local resources, and its close proximity to major highways and cities. - A thriving artist community has developed here because of its central location between the East and West coasts, and affordable and stable real estate prices. - Hannibal is located on the Mississippi River 1.5 hours north of St. Louis, Missouri.
