**Details:**

- Experienced or new grad welcome
- Reason for recruitment: Retiring physician
- Call Ratio: There are no other urologists in the community - the closest are 2 urologists in a community 30+ minutes away.
- Physician not required to take more than 10 days of call per month - but can choose to take more if they would like
- da Vinci Robot available
- Procedures performed: Cytoscopy/Panendoscopy, Hydrocelectomy, Insertion of ureteral catheters/stents, Suprapubic cystostomy, TUR of prostate, bladder biopsy, Orchiectomy, Meatotomy, Transurethral lithapopaxy, Urterolithotomy, testicular biopsy, ureterscopy, etc.
- Typically 1-2 days of surgery/week

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Base salary starting at $450,000 plus bonus incentive based on production
