Join a physician-led, multi-specialty group located in Northern Idaho as a full-time or part-time Urologist. This opportunity is lucrative with a high demand in the area, an excellent referral system, and limited competition. The MSG is flexible with a call and work schedule for the right MD and would consider 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off, 10 days per month, or whatever fits best with your schedule.
The Position:
• Physician-lead MSG has a strong referral system and established patient panel
• General Urology with an option for Robotic Surgery
• Flexible schedule with 3 days per week in the outpatient clinic and 1.5 days in the OR
• Lucrative compensation package includes a Guaranteed Base up to $500,000 with production upside, a Sign On Package of $130,000, Full Benefits, and more
• 1-year Partnership Track option, income potential is between $650-800k for a full-time urologist
