Ideal Candidate
* BC/BE OB/GYN physician with interest or experience in UroGynecology
* Strong communication and teaching skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care, shared decision-making, and equity

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
* Board certified or eligible
* Eligible for Oregon medical license
* DEA certification
* Able to obtain required hospital privileges
* Meets credentialing and insurance standards
