Job description
The physician provides urogynecology clinical care for the patients seen at Mon Health's clinic sites. To follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Women's Health and Surgical service lines. Collaborates and coordinated the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
The current practice includes one Urogynecologist (Board Certified 2014) and 2 fully trained Nurse Practitioners. Our physician currently operates 2-3 days per week. The practice draws from a large referral base in West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and parts of Ohio. Our NPs have extensive training and experience in pelvic floor disorders, pessary management, PTNS, multichannel urodymamics, and general gynecology (including colposcopy, LARC, endometrial sampling, vulvar dermatology, sexual health counseling and osteoporosis treatment). We also have an extensive network of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy providers throughout the referral area.
The MHS Women’s Health Service Line includes six AAGL - COEMIG accredited OB-GYN providers, a gynecologic oncologist, and a busy obstetrical service with a dedicated birthing suite and C-section OR. Our hospital staff includes a collegial group of general surgeons, vascular surgeons and urologists. Call coverage is available with OB-Gyn, Gyn-Onc, and the hospitalist service.
Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited Medical School. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urogynecology
Experience/Physical Requirements:
Successful completion of Urogynecology fellowship required.
Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current, or eligibility to obtain, unrestricted West Virginia MD or DO Licensure.
Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
Board eligible required. Board Certified preferred.
Fully credentialed through medical staff according to urogynecology services.
