Led by a renowned, board-certified expert, our practice is built on a robust referral network that fuels a consistent and significant surgical caseload. If your primary goal is to operate, master your craft, and manage complex pelvic floor cases with full support, this role is designed for you.

Position Highlights

  • Step into a busy practice on day one with a substantial number of surgical cases -averaging 15+ per week-ready for you.

  • Enjoy blocked surgical time in a modern, high-tech hospital equipped with five robotic systems and six additional OR suites currently under construction.

  • A practice focused on the full range of urogynecologic procedures, with a significant emphasis on your time in the operating room.

  • Utilize our state-of-the-art facilities, including a dedicated physical therapy clinic and a full-service quantitative lab to support comprehensive patient workups.

  • Manage your clinical and surgical schedule with the flexibility and support of a physician-led model, with no OB or ER call required.

Practice Environment

  • Work with a full team of nurse practitioners, MAs, RNs, scribes, and physical therapists who enable you to focus on your surgical and clinical duties.

  • Our practice values collaboration and professional respect, creating a positive and efficient work environment.

  • Opportunities are available for teaching and supervising OB/GYN residents and medical students, allowing you to shape the next generation of physicians.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Enjoy a highly competitive guaranteed base salary complemented by a productivity-based bonus model that creates significant $450K-$500K earning potential.

  • We offer flexible career paths, including a hospital-employed model with a multi-year salary guarantee or a direct partnership track to suit your professional goals.

  • This position includes a generous sign-on bonus, a relocation allowance, and fully paid malpractice insurance to ensure a smooth transition.

  • A future partnership track includes opportunities for ancillary revenue from our established in-house physical therapy practice and diagnostic lab.

  • A comprehensive benefits package is also provided.

Candidate Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
