Inpatient and Outpatient call coverage. When the Locums is here there is an expectation of covering outpatient office and elective procedures as well as inpatient emergent calls.
Dates needed:
3/1/2024 7am - 7am 3/4/2024
3/28/2024 7am - 7am 4/1/2024
Rate Type- 24hr on call daily with 8 hours of patient included - Weekend call is 24hrs
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Rates MUST be submitted at time of name clear - will not be sent over without - Required, no exceptions
- BC/BE Urology - Required
- BLS - Required
- Flight, car, fuel, mileage, hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returned
- Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
- No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
- Will not reimburse taxes on lodging
- Clean Background - Required for quick privileging (provider will be redirected for multiple MP cases or high payouts)
- MI License in hand- Required at time of name clear, not accepting IMLC
- COVID Vaccine
