Must have an Active WV license
Clinic hours : Monday-Friday – 8am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday – 9am-6pm
Schedule – Flexible on structuring a FT schedule (40hrs)
3-4 Patients per hour
All ages
APP + full clinical support staff
