An esteemed Private Practice in Columbus, OH is looking for a best in class Permanent MD for a Urgent Care assignment. Quick Facts: Specialty(s): Urgent Care ; Facility Type: Private Practice; Location: Columbus, OH. Job Description: We have several permanent Urgent Care opportunities with a large healthcare group in Central Ohio seeking providers to cover their facilities in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio. Ohio has an expedited licensing process that can take as a little as 3 weeks.
• BC or truly BE in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
• If BE must be BC within 2 years of being hired
• Seeking 7 full time providers to join a group of 10 - 12 physicians
• Centers are traditional outpatient Urgent Care
• Center hours: Monday – Sunday, 9am – 9pm
• average patient volume: 3.5 per hour
• Support staff: 1 provider, 1 MA, clerical support and the busier centers have an NP
• Physician will rotate between 2 center (not daily but weekly)
• EMR: EPIC
• Some of the UC center are located with multi specialty practice and have x-ray and lab on site. The freestanding are sent out to local facilities.
• Competition salary- Paid an Hourly rate
• Student loan repayment offered
• Starting bonus
• Relocation expense allowance
• Annual Bonus paid and Longevity Bonus after 4 year
