Date: Start 11/1/2026; Ongoing
Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 12-hour shifts (7:45a-8:15p)
Practice Setting: Urgent Care / Outpatient
Patient Volume: Approximately 45 patients per shift
EMR: Cerner
Licensing: Active Indiana license or IMLC required at submission; Board Certified required
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; no temporary privileges available
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Required Skills: Urgent Care, acute illness and injury management, minor procedures, and outpatient evaluation and treatment.
