Full Time | Leadership Opportunity
Seeking a physician leader to serve as Medical Director of Urgent Care, providing clinical, operational, and strategic oversight for a growing regional urgent care network.
Highlights:
- 80% Clinical / 20% Administrative
- Lead clinical quality, operations, and provider development across multiple urgent care locations
- Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers
- Partner closely with executive and operational leadership
- Opportunity to drive growth initiatives, physician recruitment, and service line development
- Strong emphasis on quality, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership for urgent care services
- Oversee provider performance, engagement, and professional development
- Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and operational initiatives
- Support physician and APP recruitment and onboarding
- Monitor quality, financial, and patient experience metrics
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong skills in:
- Leadership and communication
- Team development
- Data-driven decision making
- Quality and patient safety initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $300,000 - $350,000
