### **Overview:**
* Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician (EM, FM, IM, or Occupational Health)
* 100% clinical role with Medical Director responsibilities
* Lead established urgent care + occupational health program
* Clinical duties include: Treating non-emergent illnesses and injuries and Procedures: laceration repair, I&D, joint injections, wart removal
* On-site lab and digital X-ray for efficient care delivery
**Leadership Responsibilities:**
* Oversee Advanced Practice Providers
* Conduct chart reviews and drive quality improvement initiatives
* Develop and implement clinical protocols
* Ensure regulatory compliance
**Occupational Medicine:**
* Manage workers’ compensation cases
* Perform DOT physicals
* Build employer partnerships and programs
