Orange County, California Part-time Urgent Care Physician Opening
Clinical Role:

Seeking a physician board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics or Family Medicine
Client prefers at least 2 years post residency experience with a start date as soon as possible- due to clients urgent need, but possibly open to new graduates.
Board Certified strongly preferred. Board eligible would be considered if certification is obtained within two years of hire.
Two or more years of experience in a community health center- FQHC
Required: BLS certification, bilingual (English/Spanish) valid and current California Medical license, DEA number and Active NPI
Schedule: Part-Time Position (8–20 hours/week) Benefits available for employees working 20+ hours per week
Must be available on Fridays and Saturdays and willing to work at other clinic sites as needed. Additional shifts available if desired during the week.
Outpatient Only
Conditions seen include primary care/acute and chronic conditions
Procedures performed include- Routine office-based procedures,(paps, I&D’s, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, toenail removals, basic suturing and removals, etc..
-Must be able to see all ages
-EMR: Allscripts/Veradigm, expected to transition to EPIC
-Providers in the group include a team of MDs/NPs/PAs-Collaborative team based structure including medical, behavioral health, case management and care coordination support.
-Team based model includes MA’s, case management, referral specialists and behavioral health support.
