Urgent Care Physician opportunity in Lakeland, Florida offering excellent compensation, partnership potential, and a predictable schedule with no nights and no call. Join a busy, well-supported urgent care team with advanced on-site diagnostics and strong referral pathways. Highly competitive compensation package. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, malpractice, and tail coverage. Partnership opportunity in as little as two years. No nights and no call. Work with experienced RNs, LPNs, and board-certified physicians. On-site CT, ultrasound, digital X-rays, and full lab testing. Strong referral network with large primary care and multispecialty base. EPIC EMR for efficient documentation and referrals. High-volume urgent care setting with strong community brand. Perform common urgent care procedures including laceration repair, I&D, and foreign body removal. Candidates must be BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine. Willingness to work two weekends per month. Collaborative, physician-led environment with modern resources. Located between Tampa and Orlando, providing access to two major metro areas.
