We are seeking an experienced Primary Care APP to provide locum services in Des Moines, IA. Coverage is needed 3/9/26 and ongoing.
Job Details:
- Setting: Telehealth
- Shift/Schedule Details:
- Providers must provide 20+ hours/week consistently to qualify and ensure synchronized visit
Requirements:
- State License:
- Providers with eight or more active state licenses will automatically qualify for participation (unless disqualified with disqualifiers)
Providers with fewer than eight licenses will be evaluated using a points-based system to ensure they can meet coverage needs and manage a higher encounter volume.
