I want to share this with you. We just opened a 2 month Urgent Care locums position in Hawaii. Please let me know if you're interested. Hawaii is consistently picked as one of the best states to practice medicine and this location on the island of Maui is amazing. This is a full time locums assignment that begins in April 20, 2026 - June 30, 2026 with the potential to extend. Roundtrip flights, housing, rental car, malpractice insurance is provided. You MUST have a IMLCC Qualifying Letter or Hawaii medical license. Don't delay if you would like additional information. We specialize in unique opportunities for healthcare providers.
Here are the details:
-Specialty: Urgent Care
-Location: Maui
-Dates of Assignment: July 2025 - December 31st, 2025
Position details:
-Full Time (see schedule below)
-Existing Active Hawaii License Required / Pre-existing IMLCC License is acceptable
-Graduate of an accredited school of medicine or ECFMG certification
-Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
-Minimum 2 years post training experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Primary Care required
-BLS Certification required
-Must practice Evidence based medicine
-Must be willing to work in a collaborative and multi-specialty environment with the ability to be adaptable
Position details:
-Clinic is open from 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm Sa/Su/Holidays
-100% walk in clinic
-Schedule: Providers are scheduled a mix of 8hr and 12hr shifts
-Providers are expected to be flexible and adaptable in a locum’s environment. All hours and preferences are not guaranteed and subject to department’s needs.
-UC providers work a minimum of 2 holidays per year
-Providers are required to see all ages (newborn to over 90+ years old), however patient population is mainly adult.
-Must be competent with simple office procedures and treatments such as but not limited to laceration repairs, suturing, I&D, reduction dislocations, non-displaced fractures, casting, splinting, IV medications, ingrown toenail removals, Unna boot, wound care, etc.
-No overnight responsibilities.
