Join a fast-paced urgent care setting where you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy hands-on clinical work, rapid decision-making, and a collaborative outpatient environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
• Perform minor procedures (laceration repair, I&D, foreign body removal)
• Manage minor orthopedic injuries including splinting and casting
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM / IM / Urgent Care)
• Completion of accredited residency program
• Active New York State medical license
• Prior Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience preferred
Working Hours
• Full-time (Part-time options may be available)
• Rotating shifts | Day, evening, and weekend coverage
Skills
• Acute care assessment and clinical decision-making
• Minor surgical and procedural skills
• Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
• Excellent patient communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
