Position Overview
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician for locum coverage in Quincy, IL. Work alongside a collaborative team in a busy walk-in clinic environment.
Start Date: May 1, 2026
Estimated Shifts/Month: 16
Schedule & Coverage Details
- Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Coverage Pattern: Typically 4 consecutive shifts
- Solo Coverage:
- MD/DO may work alone from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- NP may work alone from 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- No Call
- Setting: Walk-In Clinic
- Support Staff: Experienced NPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Volume: 60–70 patients per day (shared between 3 providers)
- Adult/Peds Mix:
- Adults: 60%
- Pediatrics: 40%
- Board Certified / Board Eligible: Required
- License: Active Illinois license or IMLC accepted
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: ATLS and PALS required
- CSR: Required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
