LOCUM Urgent Care Physician *137246: West, Illinois
Practice:
Boards: Eligible or Certified in FM
Certs: ATLS, PALS
License: IL or IMLC + CSR
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Coverage:
Shifts Per Month: 12
Start: 4/1/2026
Duration: Ongoing
Shifts: 6 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 10 pm
Details: Mix of 10 am - 10 pm or 6 am - 6 pm; typically 4 in a row
The physician may be alone from 6 am - 9 am / NP may be alone from 9 pm - 10 pm
Typical Day: Walk-In Clinic averages 60-70 patients per day, split between 3 providers; just take the next patient in line
Typical Cases: Some Ortho, X-rays, splinting, suturing, foreign body eye removal, cough, sore throat, UTI, STD testing/pelvic exam, flu, rashes, etc.
Procedures Required: Splinting, Suturing
