- Work Dates Needed: 12/30, 02/18 with possible future dates in early 2026
- Preferred Schedule: 8am-7pm
- Worksite Setting: Urgent Care
- Scope of Work: Urgent Care, Minor procedures, Treatment of all ages - peds to adults, 2 yrs and up, walk-ins, Volume of 4 pph
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX lic, BLS, DEA. Local candidates preferred, with possible mileage reimbursement for if not local
- EMR: Practice Fusion
