Schedule: Monday - Saturday: 8 am - 6pm, Sunday: 8 am - 5 pm (PRN Hours available)
Work Details:
· Patients per shift: Clinics are busy and fast paced, 3-4 patients per hour.
· Patient population/age: Varies, must be comfortable with children under 3 months old.
· EMR: Practice Velocity
· Skills required: Typical UC setting. Must be able to close lacerations, I&D, read X-ray and EKG, Work Comp experience a plus as well as DOT cert.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be board certified in Family Medicine, Med/Peds or Emergency Medicine
· License required: Texas
· Minimum experience required: physicians need to have 3-6 years of FP, ER, or Urgent Care exp. and must be comfortable with children under 3 months old. Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, PEDS experience is preferred. Looking for consistent availability. Typical UC setting. Must be able to close lacerations, I&D, read X-ray and EKG, Work Comp experience a plus as well as DOT cert.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
