Urgent Care Physician Opening – Philadelphia, PA Area Privately Owned, Expanding Group | Competitive Pay | Full Benefits

Clinical Role: We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine to join our brand-new urgent care facility in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

• Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages

• Must perform typical urgent care procedures

• Must obtain ACLS or BLS certification before start date

• Pennsylvania medical license not required at time of application No visa sponsorship available for this position Must be willing to supervise NPs/PAs, as needed

Schedule:

• Week 1: Three 12-hour weekday shifts (8a–8p)

• Week 2: Two 12-hour weekday shifts + Two 9-hour weekend shifts (weekends 8a–5p)

• Rotating two-week schedule

• Support staff includes a Medical Assistant, X-ray Tech, and Front Desk Receptionist

Compensation & Employment Structure:

• $140 per hour

• Option to work as a 1099 contractor or W2 employee

• W2 employee benefits include:

  • Medical and dental insurance

  • 3 weeks’ PTO

  • 1 week CME

  • $2,500 CME allowance (after year one)
