- Dates of coverage needed: ASAP – 3/27/2026 with possible ongoing extension
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p
- Scope of Practice: Pre-employment physicals, urgent care, work-related injuries
- Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
