Job Function:

• Strategic Leadership: Supports the administrative team
• Clinical Oversight: Acts as clinical lead providing direct patient care, and ensures high-quality clinical standards across assigned urgent care centers.
• Quality & Performance: Oversees quality improvement programs, audits clinical KPIs, and ensures adherence to performance and financial standards.
• Human Resources: Assists with recruitment, training, evaluation, and supervision of providers and coordinators, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Administrative Duties: Manages staffing schedules, analyzes volume and performance data, and contributes to policy development and emergency response planning.
• Teaching & Mentorship: Provides ongoing mentorship and training to staff on EMR use, clinical care, and organizational practices.

Job Requirements:

• Required Qualifications: M.D. degree, board certification or eligibility, state medical license, and administrative experience in emergency or urgent care.
• Preferred Skills: Strong data analytics, EMR proficiency and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Must be experienced in managing and overseeing at least 10+ UC sites.
• Excellent people skills is a must.
