*****Clinics in need are MACON, EASTMAN, DUBLIN AND MILLEDGEVILLE
November Dates: Macon area
Clinic 1: 21, 22
Clinic 2: 8, 28
Clinic 3: 13, 20, 21, 2, 25, 26, 27, 28
Clinic 4: 22, 23
Specialty: Urgent Care MD
Start Date: ASAP-ongoing
Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend
Shift Details: 8a-8p or 7a-7p depending on the clinic
Schedule:
o Full time – must be willing to float to other clinics in the area
o Typically 3x12’s per week would be ideal
o Overtime rate: 1.5x per hour - over 40 hours per week
Work Details
o Patients per day: on average 30-40 - MUST SEE ALL AGES
o EMR: EPIC
o Procedure Experience: Must be able to suture, splint, x-rays, EKG’s, nail removals, etc.
Client doesn’t require a specific amount of experience, however, they must be self sufficient and provide appropriate evidence based care while also focusing on patient satisfaction. They must also be comfortable with the procedures, diagnostic interpretation and seeing all ages.
Practice Setting:
o Clinic/Private Practice – most clinics are single provider clinics with a few that are double provider clinics.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes in FP or EM if Boarded in IM they must have Med-Ped cert as well and see all ages. BC in UC DOES NOT WORK.
License Required: GA state license
DEA? Yes
CSR? Yes
Certifications Required- BLS, ACLS, PALS, DOT certification helpful but not required
Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
