Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 05/01/2026
- Schedule: Mix of 10a-10p or 6a-6p; typically 4 in a row
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 12
- End Date: Unknown
Clinical Details
- Walk-In Clinic averages 60-70 patients per day split between 3 providers
- MD/DO may be alone from 6a-9a / NP may be alone from 9p-10p
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Experienced NP's, RN's, LPN's, MA's
Requirements
- Board Certified in FM
- State License Required: Illinois
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- DEA Required
- Minimum 4 shifts per month
- Certifications Required: ATLS, PALS
- CSR License Required
- Will consider IMLC
