Urgent Care Physician Opportunity Locations: Wilton, CT and Norwalk, CT BC/BE Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic Urgent Care team providing high-quality, patient-focused care in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Opportunity Highlights: • Competitive compensation package including: o Base salary with wRVU productivity incentive ($270,000–$400,000 range) o CME reimbursement o 4–6 weeks of Paid Time Off o Professional license reimbursement • Comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental insurance, life/disability insurance, 401K with employer match, HSA/FSA plans, and employee assistance program • Recently updated, state-of-the-art urgent care facilities designed to improve workflow and enhance working conditions o Digital radiology, on-site POC lab services, and modern patient care rooms • Highly trained support staff including on-site XRTs, physician assistants, medical assistants, nurses, and administrative support • EPIC electronic health record system for integrated access to patient medical history • Radiology films available immediately for provider review, with BC radiologist over-reads within 30 minutes • Full specialty backup and referral management available through a broad care network • Advanced imaging (CT & Ultrasound) available on routine and STAT basis • 12-hour shifts with rotating schedule • Supportive and collaborative physician group focused on growth and excellence Lifestyle & Location: Located just an hour from New York City, Fairfield County offers a highly desirable lifestyle with access to: • Top-ranked schools • Four-season recreational activities • Coastal living, suburban communities, or vibrant urban settings Qualifications: • MD/DO Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited College of Medicine • Completion of an ACGME-accredited medical residency program • BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine • Current CT Medical License and DEA • BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications (for Family Medicine candidates) • Minimum 2 years post-residency preferred; prior urgent care experience a plus • Must be comfortable managing: o Pediatrics through geriatrics o Laceration repair, I&Ds, burn/wound care o X-ray interpretation, splinting, minor fracture care o GYN and STD testing o EKG interpretation o Occupational medicine, workers’ compensation, and vaccine administration
